Our services include custom Shopify development, theme customization, app development, and technical support. When you engage our services: • We provide a detailed written agreement outlining project scope and deliverables • All timelines and milestones are clearly defined • Changes to project scope require written approval • Communication protocols are established at project start
Our payment structure is designed to be transparent and fair: • 50% initial deposit required to commence work • Remaining balance due upon project completion • Additional services billed at agreed-upon rates • Late payments may result in service suspension • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
Regarding intellectual property rights: • You receive full rights to custom deliverables upon final payment • We retain rights to our development tools and frameworks • Third-party elements are subject to their respective licenses • Your original content remains your property
Our delivery process ensures quality and satisfaction: • Regular progress updates and milestone reviews • Testing and quality assurance procedures • Client review and approval stages • Post-launch support as specified in agreement
We maintain strict confidentiality standards: • All client information is treated as confidential • Secure data handling and storage practices • Non-disclosure agreements available upon request • Limited portfolio usage rights with client approval
Our warranty and support terms: • 90-day warranty on delivered work • Bug fixes included in warranty period • Regular maintenance packages available • Support response times as per service agreement
Project termination terms include: • 30-day written notice required • Payment for completed work • Delivery of completed components • Data and asset return procedures
